Pepsico: Playbook

CHALLENGE

PepsiCo needed to rebrand their onboarding program and excite new delivery drivers, warehouse loaders and merchandisers about completing their training certification within the first 2-weeks on the job.

SOLUTION

OFC created the “Frontline Playbook: Onboarding To Ignite Success” identity to rebrand the new employee experience. The program is anchored by an inspiring video in which current employees talk about the generous colleagues that mentored them, and how they’re paying it back by taking new associates under their wing.

RESULT

The refreshed onboarding program has received outstanding reviews from new team members, and has helped accelerate the timeline by which employees complete their training certification.
