Jordan Berman founded OFC after recognizing that a majority of web video is watched during the digital coffee break between 2-4pm. Jordan fused his entertainment background at Showtime and MTV with mobile expertise honed at AT&T to elevate employee engagement via OFC.  

Jordan’s 2006 production of Cube Fabulous, an irreverent cubicle makeover show, generated millions of online views and inspired his team's mission of supercharging corporate storytelling to win employee hearts and minds. Berman has a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.
