OnDeck Capital, a small business lender, needed to humanize their management team and showcase a unique company culture for prospective job applicants.
OFC produced OnDeck Mug Shots, a series of 3-minute videos where employees reveal their true selves by sharing a favorite coffee mug. The employees then talk about what they love about OnDeck and how the company has enabled them to achieve life goals.
The video series became a key part of the talent acquisition process and helped generate job candidate engagement and applications.
