CHALLENGE
PepsiCo needed to engage their frontline employees around the “Ignite” initiative to remove barriers from success.
OFC created and produced “Ignited”, a monthly series created by and starring PepsiCo frontline employees. Each month, sales reps, merchandisers, drivers and warehouse loaders submit employee generated video clips, pictures and original songs that OFC edits into compelling 2-minute episodes on a relevant topic.
The monthly episodic series generates thousands of views, hundreds of video submissions, and dozens of comments on PepsiCo’s Yammer social media platform.
