Unilever needed to create an inspiring video for their annual management meeting to recognize 8 “hidden” heroes that embody a spirit of going above and beyond the call of duty.
OFC produced a moving documentary featuring intimate conversations with both the heroes and the managers who nominated them. The result was an emotional story about why Unilever employees take such pride in giving their best to the company and to their colleagues.
Unilever’s President screened the Heroes video at the management meeting to the applause of attendees. Attendees then shared the video across the entire company to spread the heroes’ inspiration.
