It's no surprise that communication issues in the workplace are not an uncommon thing. Whether it comes down to miscommunication, confusing directives, or simply a lack of communication, the end result is a decrease in productivity. According to a survey in HR Magazine, participants said they wasted approximately 40 minutes a day trying to interpret improperly communicated directions. 40 Minutes a day is an incredible amount of time to waste and adds up over time.Outside of wasted time, a lack of communication also impacts the relationship between employees and management.
